After vacationing repeatedly in Steamboat and skiing Mount Werner, Kerry & Dave Eaton fell in love with the Yampa Valley. In 1996, the Eatons , along with their daughter Vanessa, decided to make Routt County their home. They have never regretted this decision. It was the winters that kept bringing them back to Steamboat, but the summers are what truly kept them in this friendly mountain community.

Kerry has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 1994 and began selling real estate in the Yampa Valley in 1996. Prior to real estate sales, Kerry worked in the world of finance as a mortgage originator. This experience has given her extensive knowledge of the lending process.

In 2005, Dave obtained his real estate Broker license and joined Kerry at Town & Country Properties. For the previous 25 years, Dave owned and operated a construction business. His hands-on construction experience plus his development background are great assets in the real estate industry.

Born and raised on the east coast, Rebecca first visited Steamboat Springs in 1985. During that trip she met her future husband and soon moved to Steamboat permanently. Rebecca graduated from Regis University in Denver with a degree in Business and Finance. She had previously worked in the mortgage broker business for eight years before beginning a career in real estate sales. As a resident of the Stagecoach area, she has seen, first-hand, the remarkable growth in that area. Her expertise in the Stagecoach area, as well as the Steamboat resort area will benefit both buyers and sellers of Yampa Valley real estate.

Michele's interest in real estate began when she started her finance career as a Commercial/Real Estate lender for a Connecticut bank in the mid 1980's. After a successful 10 years of lending, she was able to use her expertise to become an asset manager for a servicing company, where she assisted her Wall Street clients to maximize their return on real estate/loan portfolio investments.

When Michele arrived in Colorado specifically Routt County eight years ago, she joined Vectra Bank as an AVP/Credit Officer, primarily performing as a construction lender.

With Michele's lending experience coupled with her knowledge of real estate and the real estate market, she was able to make a successful transfer to a Real Estate Broker.
